Recognizing the diverse academic and professional needs of future educators, George College Department of Education has introduced a series of specialized remedial classes for B.Ed. students. These sessions go beyond conventional subject revision and focus on strengthening pedagogical skills, lesson planning, classroom management, action research, teaching aptitude, communication abilities, and preparation for school internships and examinations. Individual mentoring, peer-learning activities, micro-teaching demonstrations, doubt-clearing sessions, and reflective discussions are incorporated to address specific learning challenges. Through this comprehensive remedial initiative, the college aims to enhance students’ confidence, improve teaching competencies, and prepare them to become effective, reflective, and inclusive educators.
